Dating Service Owned By:
Founded in 1999 by Christian Psychologist, Neil Clark Warren, eHarmony is owned by eHarmony, Inc., which is a private corporation.
eHarmony Matchmaking Service Members Are Christian Singles and also non-Christian Singles Primarily in USA, Canada and also Internationally.
Owned by eHarmony, Inc., a privately owned corporation (gone public?), eHarmony matchmaking service has 15 million to 20 million members. Which is a lot of members to search through to find your own special, personal Adam or Eve to be your Christian soul mate. The problem is, you do not get to search. The eHarmony system does the searching for matches, and considering the bad feedback we have gotten about eHarmony over the years, there are way better, more frugal, less frustrating sites to find a Christian date, fellowship and love.
You see, eHarmony is a matchmaking service not a dating service. And it is no longer a "Christian" matchmaking service either... eHarmony has gone the way of the world.
Christian singles that desire to only date and marry a Christian based on 2nd Corinthians 6:14-18.are better off trying some of the other sites we have reviewed.
We know of Christian singles who have met, dated and married their spouses through eHarmony. So it did really work out well for Christians back in the good old days. But that was then and this is now. Now you are better off using other sites.
Pray for eHarmony and the future of America
It is a sad day in America when a private corporation is forced by our corrupt public government to cater to special interest groups that use the court system to "shake down" eHarmony and other companies for money. To read the latest saga of eHarmony's troubles click here: eHarmony agrees to make site "welcoming" to gays and lesbians, ending L.A. lawsuit!
This negative review of eHarmony is not because of their pandering to special interest groups bent on shaking down eHarmony. Our negative review is based on poor performance. If anything we feel sorry for eHarmony! But that does not mean that born again Christians need to give them any business.
PerfectMatch and Chemistry Have Fewer Christian Singles Than eHarmony
By starting out as an exclusive Christian matchmaking service, eHarmony got a big jump on the competition, before opening up the matchmaking service to also serve non-Christians. On any given day you will probably find more single Christians at eHarmony than you would at competing online matchmaking services like PerfectMatch or Chemistry.
