This Service Is Provided For Use By The English Speaking, Christian Community.
All further reference to AdamMeetEve Christian Singles Dating, AdamMeetEve.com or AME is to be considered inclusive of Nextin, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and third parties. AME shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions contained in this web site, and reserves the right to make changes without notice. All AME and third party information is provided on an "as is" basis. The user agrees by using this service to accept all risks of use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. There is no express or implied merchantability or fitness for use or noninfringement. This entire service or any portion of the AME website can be shut down, or changed at any time without notice or liability to you. By registering for, or using AME in any way, you are stating that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and that you are not married.
AME does not investigate or accept responsibility for claims made in any advertisement. The screening of respondents is solely the responsibility of the advertiser. AME assumes no liability for the content of any advertisement placed on the AME website, or any written or verbal or visual responses to said advertisement. The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold AME harmless from all liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), resulting from or caused by an advertisement placed by the advertiser(s), or any reply to an advertisement made by a respondent. We are not responsible for any damage (monetary, physical, or psychological), including, but not limited to, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, resulting from your use of the AME service. We disclaim responsibility from any damage from any cause, including, but not limited to, computer viruses, or other destructive software. We also disclaim responsibility for any damage of any sort caused by other subscribers or visitors whether in content of their e-mail or chat room messages or in person. AME will not monitor or resolve disputes between users of AME service. At our sole discretion and option we may modify, remove, edit or alter any content contained in the AME website. ALL ADS MUST BE WRITTEN IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
Pornographic/offensive/vulgar ads are deleted with no warning and with no refund. With the exception of advertisements created by users, content e-mailed or submitted to, or contained within the AME website is the copyrighted property of AME and its licensors. You fully understand that you are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and propriety of all written, verbal and visual information expressed or implied in any of your advertisements posted on the AME website, and any response you make to the advertisements of others. You will treat e-mails and other information as private and will not forward that information without permission of the originator of the information. You will indemnify AME for infringement. You warrant that you will not use AME to engage in the willful posting of, sending of, or e-mailing of: anything sexually explicit; computer viruses or other destructive software (a Federal crime); solicitations (no selling) of any kind; anything rude, libelous, slanderous, abusive, racially defamatory, insulting, blasphemous, threatening, humiliating or any kind of sexual harassment. You agree that no illegal or illicit activities, chain letters, multiple or mass mailings (SPAM) are allowed. You agree NOT to violate the intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, or privacy) of others; and NOT to commit fraud or any other unlawful act.
You agree that California law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the courts in the county of Sonoma, state of California, USA, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. If a court of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of this Agreement invalid, the remainder of this Agreement will stay in effect. We may modify the subject provision to make it valid and enforceable as a matter of law.
By using any part of AdamMeetEve, including the chat rooms, personals or dating service you acknowledge that you agree with all the terms and conditions in this Agreement and that you are registering yourself, and that you are not using a name, identity, credit card or e-mail address belonging to another person. The right to use AdamMeetEve is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity. You are solely responsible for the proper use of the Username and Password that you create for your use only. A waiver of one breach of this agreement does not imply a waiver of any subsequent breach of this agreement.
This Users Agreement comprises the entire agreement between you and Nextin, Inc. doing business as AdamMeetEve, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and third parties. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions as stated above, you may not use AdamMeetEve or any part of this website, including the chat rooms.
